Warranty

**Warranty claims must be submitted by July 1st for fall shipments**

Here at Adelman Peony Gardens, we take great pride in our world class peonies and stand 100% behind our roots!  From planting, to digging and dividing and shipping we take extreme caution to ensure our roots are true to the variety, disease free and always grown on their own root stock.  We will never substitute a root without authorization from the customer guaranteeing every order is 100% accurate.

When roots are planted according to the directions included in every shipment, in zone 2-8 and within two weeks of receiving we offer a one-year conditional guarantee.  If for some unfortunate your reason your peony does not survive the first year, we ask that you fill out the following form and include pictures of the plant in the ground so we can get a full picture of its environment.  After our staff has reviewed your claim, we will contact you.  If approved, we will offer you a replacement of the same root variety the following shipping season or a refund at our discretion of the purchase cost minus shipping.
