Return Policies

At Adelman Peony Gardens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there is any issue with your order, we want to make it right for you. Please refer to the following return policy regarding returning roots or merchandise. Issues with roots must be brought to our attention within 48 hours of delivery, merchandise you can return up to 30 days. For both please provide either an order number or physical receipt.

Peony Roots

  • If you are not happy with the peonies you receive, please contact us via phone (503) 393-6185 or by email: info@peonyparadise.com within two days of the package being delivered to you. Once the two day window has passed you assume the liability of the planting and care for the peonies.
  • We are not responsible for plant loss due to weather/climate, neglect, animals, zone incompatibility. If you live in a zone that is not suitable for growing peonies, you are welcome to give peonies a try but we will not replace any lost plants.
  • We do offer a first time growth guarantee on our plants (with the guarantee that they will come up and grow the first spring after fall planting) with the conditions that you followed planting directions and provided the required adequate care. Please fill out our warranty form to have your case reviewed by our staff. If your case is approved and replacement, or refund is necessary. The replacement will be the same item or item of equal value, refund for the purchase price excluding shipping costs.   
  • We will not make substitutes to your order without your prior consent. If we are unable to provide you with a high quality root due to circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund or offer a substitution. Any refunds will only be for the purchase price, excluding shipping cost.

     At Adelman Peony Gardens, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product. If there are any issues with the product you’ve bought, you can return it up to 30 days after the original purchase date with a digital or electronic receipt in its original condition. Check out our rules for return below:  

    Eligibility for returns

  • Items eligible for return: Tote Bags, Candles, Baseball Caps, Beanies, T-shirts, and Hoodies.

  • Items not eligible: Stickers, Keychains, Postcards.

    We require proof of purchase, with order number or physical receipt, and the item needs to be in its original condition with tags (if applicable) still on the item. If the item has been washed, we will not accept a return. Please contact us at Info@peonyparadise.com or (503) 393-6185 to start a return, once a customer has sent an item back, a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment source for product price excluding shipping costs.
