Red, single, very early, 12″ tall, hybrid. A delight of a plant with fine foliage for a garden contrast. The short stature is perfect for the front border. The glowing red simple bloom is set off by the yellow center. Plant this not only for the bloom but for the foliage that can be a wonderful contrast to other garden foliage. Nice for the rock garden where it might like the better drainage in wet seasons.
