(Hollingsworth, 1996) Red, bomb-type double, lightly fragrant, midseason, 36" tall, hybrid. A very large, globular flower that I consider red-orange. Very visible in the garden. Needs staking due to the heavy flower.

(Wissing, 1965) Coral, semi-double, early-midseason, 40" tall, hybrid. Very vigorous, large cup-shaped flowers. Exotic deep coral that fades to a softer color on opening. May need staking. APS Gold Medal Award 1986.

(Wissing-Carl G. Klehm, 1981) Coral, semi-double, early, 32" tall, hybrid. The petals have ruffled edges that increase the flower fullness. Fades from coral to ivory. A spectacular coral flower! APS Gold Medal Award 2003.
(unknown) Pink, japanese, very fragrant, midseason, 30" tall, lactiflora cultivar. Pink petals encircle a mound of glowing ivory mini-petals. Frequently has a puff of pink and red in the center. Very exquisite!
(Marx-Rogers, 1981) Pink, Japanese, lightly fragrant, midseason, 36" tall, lactiflora cultivar. Cherry-pink petals surround a delicate, lacy center of 'shredded' yellow and pink minature petals.
(Saunders, 1953) Deep rose, semi-double, early, 24" tall, hybrid. Lovely deep rose colored cupped flowers. APS Gold Medal winner 1980. A sought-after color! Award of Landscape Merit 2009.
(Sass, 1946) Rose pink, single, lightly fragrant, midseason, 34" tall, lactiflora cultivar. Striking bright pink single with a glowing yellow center. Stands tall in the rain. A row in bloom makes a sea of warm pink!
